Academy Group (12-16)
These are our advanced youth strength & conditioning sessions, with a maximum of 3-5 kids per session to keep coaching quality extremely high. The sessions are fun and for all abilities, with a focus on providing a wide base of athletic development. Including running and jumping mechanics, power, strength, and speed development. They will also learn to be competent in a gym environment to increase their likelihood of maintaining physical activity levels into adulthood.

1:1 Youth Coaching
In our 1:1 sessions we individualise our coaching to focus on both their base of athletic development skills, as well as their individual needs and goals. This is based on their age, current phase of development, movement screening and current strength & fitness levels. We use our extensive experience to regress and progress exercises as needed to enable them to improve as quickly and safely as possible.

Foundation Group (8-12)
Our foundation groups focus on improving overall youth athletic development through improving movement mechanics (e.g. running, jumping, landing), as well as speed, agility, & power. We also introduce basic strength training to learn correct technique of bodyweight and light dumbbell exercises for example. These groups are capped at 10 children maximum to maintain high quality coaching, progress, and safety.
Programme Options.
We offer a range of options, including small group sessions, a 1:1 individualised plan with one of our coaches or 1:1 coaching sessions face to face or online. Either way, our plans will take your development & performance to the next level.

These are our regular weekly group coaching sessions face-to-face in Shrewsbury. These are for kids who want that extra level of support. We provide expert coaches to guide you every step of the way.

This is for youngsters who want very specific and detailed coaching on a regular basis to take their development & performance to the next level as quickly as possible.

This is your individualised specific strength & conditioning plan, designed either face-to-face or via video call with one of our coaches. This is tailored to your training week, specific areas for development, and future sporting ambitions.

We can support sports clubs directly with squad sessions, screening & performance testing, and educational sessions for coaches, parents, and children.
