These weekly youth strength & conditioning sessions will take your development to the next level. These programs are designed by expert paediatric coaches who have trained some of the world’s best youth athletes, and all backed by the science. Sessions are fun and detailed in nature, helping youngsters improve their movement, power, speed and strength.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

This is our 1:1 individual hourly rate for sessions either face to face or online. You will get highly specialised coaching to help you learn and progress as fast as possible. This plan helps to keep you even more accountable to your training by having a touch point with one of our coaches on a regular basis to keep you on track and ask any questions you might have.

Individualised Monthly Plan + 1:1 Consult

This is your individualised youth specific strength & conditioning plan, designed either face-to-face or via video call with one of our coaches. This is tailored to your training week, specific areas for development, and can work around previous/current injuries or niggles. There is no question this will take your performances to the next level.
