This is our flagship health & fat loss programme for people who want to take their health seriously and get leaner! You will learn about a lot of health & fitness related myths, why fad diets and calorie deficit’s don’t work long-term and how to train safely and effectively without once again focussing on the wrong metric - calorie burning. You’ll learn about the importance of building muscle and altering other lifestyle factors you might not have even considered.

  • Most “diets” and fat loss training programs are built on a primary focus of a “calorie deficit” through nutrition & burning calories. This program is almost the opposite, it focuses on building optimal health and muscle mass through nutrition & training.

  • Calories in - calories out = fat loss to the majority of trainers and apparent experts. Why? Because it can work (short term) and their understanding of the human biology is limited. There is a reason all these “diet” products and groups are highly profitable, because they produce returning customers over and over again. Hence the term “yoyo diet”

  • Hormones ultimately manipulate your body composition which has been shown in many scientific studies. We have to optimise health and hormones through specific nutrition, training modalities, supplements, sleep, rhythmic cycles, stress, hydration, and detoxification.

App

All plans include our app based training program which provides detailed sessions for you to follow throughout the week. Log all your workouts & weights lifted. Watch exercise video’s within the App including exercise progressions & regressions.

 

Reports

Every month you will receive a report based on your training data from the app which will include a workout completion report, average monthly training load, all of your completed sessions & progress report of your main strength based exercises.

Video Library

Within our training app, you can find video’s to all of the exercises within your programme at the click of a button. This means you’ll never be confused about what you need to do and how to perform exercises with great technique and minimise injury risk.

 

Planning

We provide goal setting and habit tracking templates for you to make plans and commitments within your training regime. Goals help you plan where you want to go and how to get there, habit tracking is then monitoring your performance of those goals to hold you accountable!

Nutrition

Our GLBH Nutrition guide is a very short & concise health & nutrition book to give you all the essential information which you can read, understand, and start to implement within 30minutes. I guarantee there will be information in here you have never come across!

 

Monitoring

Our monitoring strategies feed into our monthly reports. For face to face clients this includes our medical grade body composition analysis to measure muscle and body fat accurately every month, or other measurements for our online clients.

  • This follows the same core principles of our GLBH program, but is highly individualised to you. You get a 1:1 consultation with our expert coaches which enables them to build you a bespoke training program and includes all of the core features.

  • These are our regular weekly or bi-weekly small group coaching or 1:1 coaching options either face-to-face or online for people who want that extra support without the 1:1 price tag. The sessions are focussed on your individual needs whether in a small group setting or 1:1 sessions.
