Training Plan
All plans include our app based training programme which provides detailed sessions for members to follow based on their specific goals - written by Ash to guarantee a high standard and produce results.
Video Library
Within our training app, you can find videos of all the exercises within the programme at the click of a button. This means you’ll never be confused about what you need to do & how to perform exercises with great technique & minimise injury risk.
Bookable Zones
Our gym is split into training zones, you simply go into our booking app and book any available slots to guarantee your zone and training. This keeps the gym really quiet and guarantees equipment, space, and piece of mind.
Learn to Lift
Our group learn to lift sessions are a great way to receive some additional coaching on key exercises in your programme without the 1:1 coaching price tag. These help provide you with even more support to achieve your goals.
Nutrition Guide
All plans include a nutrition and lifestyle pack which breaks down key pieces of information and advice for members to implement to improve their health, fitness, and body composition with various strategies to achieve these outcomes.
Movement Screen
When you sign up to a membership with us you receive a detailed gym induction, and a flexibility & functional movement screen to advise you on key areas to focus on in your programme and any exercises to avoid.
