Please find our Cancellation Policy below:

24-hour cancellation policy – if a client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice or does not show up to their appointment, it means we don’t have enough time to notify another client and replace the session. Therefore sessions cancelled within 24-hours or unattended will be invoiced to the client in full.

Please turn up to sessions on time, if you are late the session won’t be extended.
