    We hold the gold standard qualifications in our disciplines, including Masters Degrees in Sport & Exercise Science and Physiotherapy, Accredited with the United Kingdom Strength & Conditioning Association and fully registered with the Health & Care Professions Council.

  • Founder & Head Coach

    Ash has a vast amount of experience from general clients of all ages to elite level athletes and organisations, including universities, youth academies, professional sports teams, Olympic and Paralympic programmes. He most recently lead the physical preparation for world level athletes within the English Institute of Sport. Ash has a masters degree in sport & exercise science and is the only UKSCA accredited strength & conditioning coach in Shrewsbury.

  • Physiotherapist

    Natasha qualified as a Sports Therapist (BSc) in 2009 and then as a physiotherapist (MSc) in 2013 and has since worked as a physio, within the NHS, private companies and the military, treating adults and children with musculoskeletal injury and pain.

    She has also completed a physiotherapy post graduate qualification (PG Cert) in Paediatrics and enjoys supporting children and young people in achieving their physical health goals.

    Natasha enjoys sharing educational information, and providing functional training and rehab programmes, helping people to become stronger, fitter, more mobile and knowledgable on their health and wellbeing or injury recovery journey.

  • Physiotherapist

    Matt qualified as Physiotherapist in 2006 and was most recently a Senior Physiotherapist at the UK Sports Institute working with Team GB and Paralympics GB. He was the Lead Physiotherapist for the Great Britain Archery Team and has supported athletes at 2 Olympic & 2 Paralympic Games.

    He has worked in multiple settings including the Ministry of Defence, NHS, private practice and other roles in elite sport. His early career focused on rehabilitation in an MOD setting preparing and rehabilitating service men and women for their specific roles.

    Matt enjoys his cycling competitively throughout Europe when time allows and used to coach sailing, having previously coached elite youth sailors at world championships and international events. He is also a father to 3 active young boys.

DR Richard Collins Sport Medicine Consultant
  • Sports Medicine Consultant

    Dr Richard Collins is a Consultant specialising in Sport and Exercise Medicine with extensive clinical experience of treating recreational exercisers and high-performance athletes as well as individuals with non-exercise related joint, bone and soft tissue disorders. He is experienced in the practice of diagnostic ultrasound and image guided injection procedures.

    He is a Consultant with the Defence Rehabilitation Service and is the Chief Medical Officer for Badminton England. He has also worked with British Olympic and Paralympic athletes through the English Institute of Sport in a variety of sports including Gymnastics, Swimming, Archery, Triathlon, Judo, Boccia, Rugby and Athletics.
