Why should I work with you?

Without a doubt we will get you results, in the most optimal way. Ash has researched in crazy depth on everything included in our programs, this isn’t your typical personal training services.

What is the commitment?

Technically you can cancel at any time and you are only charged sessionally, per package, or monthly depending on your plan. But strength training should be a lifestyle and something you do year round to either maximise your progress or at least maintain during certain times of the year.

Are there video’s for all exercises?

Yes, every single exercise in your training plan will have an associated video to guide you through the entire workout.
