  • These are our regular weekly or bi-weekly small group coaching options either face-to-face or online for people who want that extra support without the 1:1 price tag. The sessions are focussed on your individual needs while having an element of social support from others with similar goals.

  • We offer weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 coaching options either face-to-face or online for people who want that extra level of support. We provide expert coaches to guide you every step of the way.

  • Our gym membership is completely unique to Shropshire. You get a goal specific training programme on our app, gym access with bookable training zones, free movement screen and a full nutrition guide to achieve your goals.
