Core Features.

App

All plans include our app based training program which provides detailed individualised sessions for you to follow. Log all your workouts & weights lifted. Watch exercise video’s within the App including exercise progressions & regressions.

Reports

Every month you will receive a report based on your training data from the app which will include a workout completion report, average monthly training load, all of your completed sessions & progress report of your main strength based exercises.

Video Library

Within our training app, you can find video’s too all of the exercises within your programme at the click of a button. This means you’ll never be confused about what you need to do and how to perform exercises with great technique and minimise injury risk.

Planning

We provide goal setting and habit tracking templates for you to make plans and commitments within your training regime. Goals help you plan where you want to go and how to get there, habit tracking is then monitoring your performance of those goals to hold you accountable!

Testing

Most of our clients undergo specific performance related testing. This includes things like max strength, power/jump testing, fitness testing, velocity based training, isometric strength, body composition analysis, health markers and more.

Body Comp

Our monitoring strategies feed into our monthly reports. For face to face clients this includes our medical grade body composition analysis to measure muscle and body fat accurately every month, or other measurements for our online clients.

  • These are our regular weekly or bi-weekly small group coaching options either face-to-face or online for people who want that extra support without the 1:1 price tag. The sessions are focussed on your individual needs while having an element of social support from others with similar goals.

  • This is your highly individualised training program. You get a 1:1 consultation with our expert coaches which enables them to build you a bespoke training program and includes all of the core features.
