  • Youth S&C for Football

    This is our youth strength & conditioning programme for youth footballers who are serious about football and improving. The sessions are fun and for all abilities, with a football focus while still providing a wide base of athletic development principles to carry over into other sports and lifelong physical activity.

  • Child to Champion

    This is our youth athletic development programme for young people who want to really develop their physical qualities and improve their sports performance or abilities. These sessions are adapted for individuals depending on their physical development, age, and areas for development.

  • Other Sports

    If you would like 1:1 coaching or a more bespoke group package for a specific sport please contact us to arrange.

 

Program Options.

We offer a range of options, including weekly large group or small group sessions, a 1:1 individualised plan with one of our coaches or 1:1 coaching sessions face to face or online. Either way, our plans will take your development & performance to the next level.

 
 
  • These are our youth specific weekly group sessions led by expert paediatric coaches to help improve athletic development through movement, power, speed & strength training. Currently face to face in Shrewsbury, online options are coming soon.

  • This is your individualised specific strength & conditioning plan, designed either face-to-face or via video call with one of our coaches. This is tailored to your training week, specific areas for development, and future sporting ambitions.

  • This is for youngsters who want very specific and detailed coaching on a regular basis to take their development & performance to the next level as quickly as possible.

  • These are our regular weekly small group coaching sessions either face-to-face or online for 3-4 people who want that extra level of support. We provide expert coaches to guide you every step of the way.
